Service and agreement

Store2Content AI is provided by Liekrafit (ليكرافيت للملابس الرياضية), Mokattam, Cairo, Egypt, the legal provider of the service. "We" and "us" in these terms refer to Liekrafit as the provider of Store2Content AI. Business contact: support@liekrafit.com.

By using Store2Content AI ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. The service uses your Shopify catalog to prepare images and captions, plan and schedule content, and publish organic feed posts to your connected Facebook Page and Instagram professional account. Features depend on configuration, permissions and service availability.

Subscriptions, cancellation and trial

Subscriptions are approved and billed through Shopify App Pricing and Shopify Billing. The price and billing terms shown by Shopify at approval govern your subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription through Shopify admin; the app's billing page links to Shopify's plan management. Uninstalling the app ends its Shopify subscription. Cancellation does not itself delete previously published posts or all stored data; see our privacy policy.

The app implements one shared trial of up to 7 days, with up to 3 successful AI images and 7 prepared content items, subject to daily limits and any earlier Shopify trial deadline. Switching plans does not create another trial. Service access requires an eligible trial or verified subscription.

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or by Shopify's billing policy.

Usage limits

Plans have image and prepared-content quotas per verified Shopify billing cycle and daily caps. There is no unlimited generation or automatic overage charge. A successful accepted AI image uses an image credit; a successful regeneration uses another. A content credit counts once when an image and new caption are prepared. Failed preparation uses no content credit. Publishing retries and republishing do not use another content credit, and a later Meta publishing failure does not refund the preparation credit. Limits are maxima, not a promise that every allowance will be used.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to connect your store and social accounts and rights to the images, product information and other material you provide. You remain responsible for posted content, product claims, intellectual property, privacy and compliance with law and Shopify, Facebook and Instagram policies. Review your settings and content, and pause automation when needed. Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading or infringing content.

AI output

AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable and may misrepresent a product. Automated checks do not guarantee correctness, originality, non-infringement or platform acceptance. You are responsible for checking content before relying on it. We do not guarantee engagement, sales or other commercial results.

Availability and warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output or successful publication. Third-party outages, revoked permissions and platform changes may interrupt service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue or lost opportunities arising from use of the service. Our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid for it during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability or mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the service, cancel your subscription and uninstall the app. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, nonpayment, policy violations or security risks. Data handling on termination follows the privacy policy; external posts remain under your control on Meta.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with its last-updated date. Material changes will be communicated through the app or another available contact channel. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
